Your personal data will be used to (i) make a donation to this institution, (ii) inform you about issues related to JUCONI and (iii) know your opinion about the quality of attention that you receive as a donor. Your data will be safe and will remain CONFIDENTIAL..
The purpose specified in subsection (i) in the immediately previous paragraph is necessary so that there is a legal relationship of the donation between you and JUCONI and the purposes outlined in subsections (II) and (iii) are an accessory to that purpose, but are not required to make the donation.
For the purposes mentioned above, we require the following information: the amount of your donation, full name, home, work and cell phone numbers, postal address, e-mail, banking information and tax data.
In the event that JUCONI should need to use your personal data for a purpose other than those mentioned here, the Foundation will ask for your approval.
In the event of requiring sensitive personal data, JUCONI will request prior authorization from the holder of such sensitive personal data, in order to (and) obtain your written consent; (ii) notify you of the purpose for which they are being collected, according to the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Third Parties ("Personal Data Act").
You are entitled to access, modify and delete your personal data and to object to their processing or revoke the consent that you may previously have given, by sending the appropriate request to the following email address: email@example.com or by letter addressed to María de la Paz Garcia, responsible for safeguarding personal data within the Area of Administration of National Funds.
As stated by the Personal Data Act, JUCONI is required to request your consent when it needs to transfer your personal data and you are in your right to accept or decline. In the event that the Foundation does not receive an answer it will be assumed that we have your consent.
